To use the waterproof backpack all you have to do is load your belongings inside. Roll the neck tightly towards the front of the waterproof bag until the hook and loop fastener strips meet, ensure the quick access release loop is still accessible. Connect the clips at each end and across the top of the duffel bag and pull straps to securely fasten and create a waterproof seal. After that you’re ready to go!
